Add and manage questionnaire questions

Create questions, organize them into sections and control whether each question is required or active.

The Questionnaire designer is where you control the information collected on a specific request page.

Where to find it

Open the request page in the Editor, open Questionnaire, then select Questions.

Manage questions

Questions can be organized into named sections and can use different field types, including date, yes/no, choose one, city and state, free text and file upload.

You can make a question required when the person must answer it before continuing.

You can also set a question inactive to remove it from the live flow without deleting it. Existing answers remain attached to the requests that originally collected them.
