A request is showing as direct instead of a Campaign

Use the tracked Campaign URL when you want a request attributed to a specific marketing source.

Requests are attributed to a Campaign only when the person arrives through that Campaign's tracked link.

Why it shows as direct

If the person used the plain request-page link, Vrtual.ly records the request as direct.

Open the request page in the Editor > Campaigns, then copy the URL for the specific Campaign and use that destination in the marketing placement.

For offline marketing, use the Campaign-specific QR code or connect an SMS Responder keyword to the Campaign.
