Choose how people can meet with your team

Choose whether a request page offers phone, virtual or in-person consultations.

Each request page can offer phone, virtual and in-person consultations based on what your team can actually provide.

Where to find it

Open the request page in the Editor, open Page rules, then find Meeting options.

Choose your options

Select any combination of Phone, Virtual and In person, then save.

Availability matters

Selecting an option does not automatically make it available to visitors. Virtual requires an eligible team member with video meetings configured. In-person requires an eligible team member with working hours connected to an active office location.

Vrtual.ly only shows meeting options that can actually be fulfilled.
