Request assignment controls how a person is connected with an eligible member of your team.

Where to find it

Open the request page in the Editor, then open Page rules > Request assignment.

Assignment options

• Automatically assign — Vrtual.ly selects an available eligible team member.
• Client selects a team member — the person chooses a team member before viewing that person's availability.
• Client selects from available team members — the person chooses a time first, then selects from the team members available at that time.

If only one eligible team member can serve the page, no team-member chooser is shown because there is nothing to choose.
