A Campaign is a tracked version of a request page link. Create a separate Campaign when you want to know which marketing source produced a visit or request.

Where to find it

Open the request page in the Editor, then open Campaigns from the page editor menu.

Create the campaign

Give the Campaign a name that identifies the source, such as a specific radio campaign, billboard, social campaign or referral partner.

Use the Campaign URL or its QR code in that marketing placement.

What is tracked

Requests arriving through the Campaign URL are attributed to that Campaign. Requests through the plain request-page link appear as direct rather than being attributed to a Campaign.
