A meeting option is enabled but not showing

Check whether your team has the setup needed to deliver the selected virtual or in-person meeting option.

Vrtual.ly only shows meeting options that an eligible team member can actually provide.

If Virtual is missing

Check that an eligible team member has a valid option configured under Settings > Video meetings.

If In person is missing

Check that an active office exists under Business tools > Office locations and that an eligible team member has working hours connected to that office.

Also check page eligibility

Make sure the team member and the request page share the appropriate Tag.

The meeting option itself is enabled under Editor > Page rules > Meeting options.
