Set a cancellation policy

Choose a cancellation window and show your policy during the request process.

Use the cancellation settings to define how close to a consultation a cancellation is considered late and to explain your policy to the person scheduling.

Where to find it

Open the request page in the Editor, then open Page rules > Cancellation.

Configure the policy

  1. Choose the cancellation window.
  2. Enter the policy text you want people to read.
  3. Turn on Show cancellation policy if you want the policy displayed during the request process.
  4. Save the page rules.
