Set up video meetings

Choose how Vrtual.ly creates or provides links for virtual consultations.

Virtual consultations are offered only when an eligible team member has a usable video meeting option configured.

Where to find it

Open Settings > Video meetings.

Choose a provider

Depending on the options available to your account, you can connect a supported provider such as Zoom, Google or Microsoft, use Jitsi Meet, or provide a custom meeting link.

Custom meeting link

A custom link can be useful when your business already has a permanent virtual meeting room. Enter the complete link and save it.

What people receive

For a virtual consultation, the meeting information is included in the confirmation communication. If no eligible team member has a valid video setup, the request page will not offer Virtual as a meeting option.
