Where to find them

Open Business tools > Team to view your team members and their permissions.

Roles

  • Administrator — manages the account and has additional account-level administrative permissions.
  • Manager — manages pages, team configuration, requests and other business operations.
  • Provider — takes consultations and primarily sees the work assigned to them.

A person can hold more than one role. Some role changes are applied when the person signs in, so signing out and back in may be required before the workspace changes.
