Tags connect request pages with the team members who can serve them. A team member is eligible for a page when the member and the page share a tag.

Create a tag

Open Business tools > Tags and create the tag you want to use.

Assign the tag to the page

Open the request page in the Editor, then use Assign tag from the page editor menu.

Assign the tag to team members

Open Business tools > Team, open the member and assign the same tag.

A team member can have multiple tags and can therefore serve multiple request pages.

If a team member is missing from a page, check tags first. A person can have working hours and availability but still be excluded because they do not share a tag with the page.
