What is the Bookings report?

The Bookings report (also labeled Booking payments) gives you a clear picture of how much money your booking pages are generating. It focuses on the financial side of your business so you can quickly see what has been sold, when, and to whom.

Summary metrics

At the top of the report you will see summary cards that update based on the date range you choose:

  • Total sales (sold) – the total amount of money collected from bookings in the selected period.
  • Current month's sales – how much you have sold so far in the current calendar month.
  • Average booking price (sold) – the average dollar amount per booking.
  • Total bookings (sold) – the number of paid bookings included in the report.

Date range filters

You can choose a custom start and end date in your local time zone, then click Apply filters to update all numbers, charts, and tables. This makes it easy to look at a single day, a week, a month, or any custom period.

Sales over time chart

The Sales Over Time chart shows how your sales have changed across the selected date range. This helps you quickly see trends, such as spikes after a promotion or a steady increase in sales as your audience grows.

Detailed bookings table

Below the chart, a detailed table lists each booking individually. For every row you will see:

  • Event – the name of the class, service, or package that was purchased.
  • Customer name and customer email.
  • Date & time (local) when the booking was made.
  • Amount that was charged for that booking.
  • Status (for example, Succeeded).
  • Refund column indicating whether a refund has been recorded for that payment.

The Bookings report is designed to give you a simple but powerful view of the money flowing into your business from vrtual.ly bookings, without needing to log into Stripe for every question.
