vrtual.ly is built to give your clients a clean, modern, trustworthy experience that elevates your brand. Every touchpoint—from booking to paying, rescheduling, joining sessions, and posting reviews—is designed to make you look professional and keep your clients confident.

1. Client identity validation (simple OTP)

For any action that impacts your business, clients quickly verify themselves using a one-time passcode (OTP). This protects your business and ensures all actions can be tied to a verified identity.

2. A clean, professional booking experience

Your clients see a simple, mobile-optimized booking page that highlights your services, schedules, pricing, and branding.

3. Secure checkout with Stripe

Clients pay securely through Stripe’s full checkout experience, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, major cards, and digital wallets.

4. Special Case: Do Not Force Payment (Booking without paying first)

Certain creators have external billing arrangements—such as corporate billing, private invoicing, or card-on-file clients. For these cases, vrtual.ly allows your clients to book sessions without paying upfront.

To enable this setting:

  1. Open Profiles from your workspace.
  2. Select the profile (1-on-1 offering) you want to update.
  3. Click Edit Your Info inside the profile editor.
  4. Scroll to the Payment Settings section.
  5. Check the box labeled Do Not Force Payment.

When enabled:

  • Clients can book without paying.
  • The booking still appears in your Bookings Report.
  • You may complete payment outside of vrtual.ly.
  • Clients still receive all confirmations and reminders.

5. Confirmation emails and Stripe receipts

vrtual.ly sends a detailed confirmation email after booking. Stripe sends the payment receipt, which you can fully brand using your Stripe dashboard.

6. Automatic reminders

vrtual.ly sends scheduled reminders, including a final reminder 30 minutes before the session or event, helping reduce no-shows.

7. Client “My Activity” dashboard

Clients can track all their activity—upcoming sessions, past sessions, payments, and more—by clicking the My Activity button found on every booking page once they log in.

8. Client-controlled rescheduling

Clients can reschedule appointments directly from their My Activity dashboard by selecting a new available time, based on your availability and working hours.

9. Joining live events

Clients receive join instructions via confirmation email, reminders, and inside My Activity. When you start the session, their Join Session button becomes active instantly.

10. Intake Forms (if enabled)

Clients complete intake forms immediately after booking. Creators can view responses from Upcoming Schedule, Calendar, or Contacts (which shows full historical responses).

11. Posting reviews

You can request reviews at any time. Clients verify via OTP and submit a secure review. Even people from your community who have not booked through vrtual.ly can post authenticated reviews.
