How do I add or update my event schedule?

The Edit Event Schedule box allows you to define when your event takes place. Events can include:

  • Single-session events
  • Multi-session cohorts
  • Workshops with multiple time blocks

If your event has no schedule yet, the editor clearly displays this. Clicking the pencil icon opens the scheduling tool where you can:

  • Select dates and times
  • Add recurring weekly sessions
  • Build multi-day programs
  • Edit or remove session dates

The schedule determines when participants can join, and bookings cannot be accepted until at least one date/time is set.
