Recordings allow you to give clients access to video replays of your sessions. This is especially useful for classes, cohorts, and high-value appointments where clients may want to watch again.

Controlling access to recordings

When you attach a recording to an event or session, you can choose who is allowed to view it:

• Grant access to specific people – select individual contacts who should be able to view the recording, such as one-on-one clients or a small private group.
• Grant access to everyone who attended – automatically give replay access to every attendee of that event or class.

What clients can do

Clients who have permission can log in, open the recording, and watch it on their own time. They can replay it as often as they need, which adds long-term value to every session they book with you.
