Working Hours define when you are available for bookings. vrtual.ly uses this schedule to decide which time slots can be shown to clients when they try to book you.

Setting your availability

The Working Hours screen lists every day of the week. For each day you can:

• Check or uncheck the day to turn availability on or off.
• Select a start time.
• Select an end time.

Your current timezone is shown at the bottom of the page, so you always know which timezone your hours are based on.

How Working Hours affect bookings

Working Hours are used for appointment-based bookings, packages, and any service that needs open time slots. Clients will only see time options that fall inside the days and times you have allowed. If a day is turned off, no one can book you on that day.

When you update and save your Working Hours, your availability is updated instantly across all affected booking pages.
