How do booking links, publishing, and visibility work in the workspace?

The Booking page links section of your workspace gives you a complete view of every profile and event page you have created. Each entry includes the direct URL for the page, a short description, and status indicators so you always know what is live and what is still in draft.

Published vs unpublished

The Published label indicates that the content of the booking page is ready and marked as published inside vrtual.ly. An unpublished page can be edited and previewed, but it is not treated as an active live page.

Publishing a page means the content is ready for the internet, but it will only be reachable by others if the page is also set to Public view.

Public vs private visibility

Every booking page can be either Public or Private:

  • Private – your pages are not publicly accessible online. They can only be accessed by you or through specific preview links.
  • Public – your pages are accessible on the internet to anyone with the link, and can be discovered when visibility is turned on.

You can change a page's visibility directly from the workspace using the visibility toggle. This makes it easy to switch a page from private testing to public launch when you are ready.

QR codes and quick links

Each booking page also includes quick-access tools:

  • Downloadable QR code – you can download a QR code for the page and place it on flyers, slides, or social media. Scanning the QR code takes people straight to the booking page.
  • Copy URL – clicking the link icon copies the page URL so you can paste it into emails, messages, or posts.
  • Open page – clicking on the URL itself will open the live booking page in a new tab so you can see what clients will see.

The workspace is therefore the best place to control which pages are visible, ensure the right pages are published, and quickly grab links or QR codes for promotion.
