How does the upcoming schedule work in the workspace?

The Upcoming Sessions section in your workspace gives you a quick snapshot of what is coming next. It combines both private appointments and group events into a single list so you can see what you are hosting without opening a separate calendar tool.

What the upcoming schedule shows

The workspace displays the next 10 scheduled sessions in your account. For each session you will typically see:

  • The event or appointment title.
  • The session type (for example, private 1-on-1, live class, live session, or workshop).
  • The scheduled date and time in your local timezone.
  • The number of people who have booked.
  • The current status (not started, in progress, etc.).

Viewing your full schedule

If you want to see everything that is scheduled beyond the next ten sessions, you can click the View calendar button in the top right corner of the Upcoming Sessions area. This opens your full calendar, where you can see all future dates and times in a traditional calendar layout.

The combination of a short list plus a full calendar makes it easy to quickly check what is happening today or this week, and then dive deeper when you need full detail.
